If you want a fun, high energy band that gets everyone on the dance floor Beat Street is your band. They play a variety of music that appeals to everyone young and old. From their first song to their last the dance floor is packed. Beat Street is the number one requested band to be played at our yacht club. The group is professional and easy to work with. They went above and beyond to make our event fabulous by dressing up for us in Halloween Costumes. I would not hesitate to recommend this band.

Beat Street made our wedding. Our entire wedding- young, old, even my husband and I – stayed on the dance floor until the sad moment the music ended. Our guests could not stop raving about the band. The band was fantastic to work with and extremely helpful. They were very accommodating. They even helped my uncle and cousins perform an original song during the ceremony. They allowed them to use their equipment and were very helpful as my family was making arrangements to play at the wedding. Beat Street were amazingly easy to work with. We live in Australia and we were able to email and call back-and-forth whenever convenient for us. Their band learned a couple of new songs that we wanted and made our wedding a night to remember. Beat Street did a superb, A+ job at our wedding. All the guests loved the music and danced the whole time. My Dad played a song for our first dance and the band was extremely accommodating. They even plugged him in for a sound check prior to show time. Any schedule adjustments were easy to solve with Kip, on the phone prior to the event or in person during the event. My bride and I picked out our favorite songs from their extensive song list and they nailed it. They even learned 2 songs we special requested. When’s the last time you heard The Clash or Jimmy Cliff from a wedding band? Beat Street has the equipment, skill and experience for an epic event. – Ian L

After seeing and hearing Beat Street, my husband and I decided they’d be perfect for our beach wedding reception. They are fun, entertaining, and all have amazing voices. They have a huge range, and can play anything from the Beatles to modern rock and alternative music. You name it, they will learn it! We even had songs that weren’t on their play list, and they learned them just to make our special day the best it could be. Everyone of our guests kept asking where we found them, and I’ve actually had some calls and emails since, with relatives wanting information about them. Also, when we had mentioned we needed someone to announce the entire itinerary during the reception, and play music for the ceremony, they jumped right on board without a 2nd thought. They were naturals! Beat Street made our day so personal and perfect. On a wedding day, you want perfection, and I would recommend them to anyone hands down.
